I’ve spent more than a decade exploring the threads that weave together Desire, Intimacy, Pleasure and the Relationships we share.

Through over 200 workshops across 13 countries, and years of guiding women and couples privately, online and in group containers, I’ve witnessed how deeply we can long for connection while still feeling disconnected from the very parts of ourselves that make intimacy possible.

One of the things I see most often is the Woman who longs to be desired, yet has rarely been invited to discover the shape of her own desire. What it looks like, sounds like and feels like from that deep erotic place that is Intimate to her.

What do you really want? What makes you feel alive? What are you craving, why and how are you blocking yourself from experiencing these desires? What kind of touch, affection, expression and intimacy truly nourishes you?

These are some of the questions that sit at the heart of my work and help me to understand the deepest desires that are often hidden from us at the core of what is holding us back from living a life filled with an abundance of connection.

I draw on Tantra, Somatic practices, Intimacy Coaching and Feminine Arts to help Women explore their desires, understand their patterns and cultivate deeper connection with themselves and others.
